Christmas Eve on CNN will see Adrian giving his support to Autism as he reads a verse from the well known and loved Christmas poem -'The Night Before Christmas'.
Stars both young (American Girl's Sammi Hanratty and American Idol Adam Lambert) and young at heart (1969's James Bond George Lazenby) joined together this holiday to promote the importance of reading to EVERY child. Donating their time and talent, celebrities take turns reading a page from the beloved poem The Night Before Christmas - all to support the NFAR's Autism Teachers Grant program.
The book from which they read, a special hard cover magical cut-paper edition of the holiday classic includes the autographs and holiday greetings from NASCAR's Jimmie Johnson, modern day Hercules Kevin Sorbo, acclaimed muralist Wyland, the voice of Desperate Housewives Brenda Strong, and more.
NFAR's Autism Teachers Grant program provides financial support to teachers for materials and equipment (including books!) that improve the way students with autism learn.
