"I think British serials are really well written and I would love to do one, although I don’t think I would care for a long running episodic in England. A mini series and 6- or 10-show run would be great, as well as any theater. This was my question to Adrian and I sent it in about 6 weeks ago (before your poll) so I think it shows that Adrian makes his own decisions and choices about his career and is not influenced by what his fans want to see him in which for me is an added attraction - he's a man that makes his own mind up!
To be your own man is great in most circumsances. Adrian has many fan members all over the world and I think he should at least read what they have to say. He has not been here in the States long enough for anyone in LA to even notice him. His movies have mostly gone straight to DVD or now one sold to SciFi television so most likely the only ones that will purchase any DVD's are his fan members.
IMHO Adrian is doing what he loves - acting - whether it be in a cameo or the main role he enjoy's what he does - how many of us can say that about our work! He can still walk down the street, go to the pub, go out to diner with Alex and not be pestered - this way he gets the best of everything -a job he loves and anonimity. Plus have you ever thought what would happen to the fan base if he were to get one of the big roles such as Bond - it wouldn't be the tight knit little community we have now - so before you go wishing he would take a big part think about the little bit we get of him now.
